Are the products in the MICRO INFUSION SET exactly the same as the competitor listed on the packaging?
Our product is not the same as the competitor. However, our formulations are developed by reviewing publicly available ingredient lists and selecting similar categories of ingredients where appropriate. Each product is independently formulated and manufactured.
Our products are also formulated with careful attention to texture and sensory experience. More importantly, we are always looking to improve upon our current formulations to deliver a luxury skincare experience.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes 1 - 2 business days to fulfill your order. Orders placed by 12pm CT, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders received after the cutoff or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Is international shipping available?
No, Skincare Generics does not currently offer direct international shipping.
Some customers choose to use third-party package forwarding services that provide a U.S. shipping address and then forward the package internationally, such as MyUS, Shipito, Stackry, Planet Express, and forward2me. These services are independent third parties and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Skincare Generics.
Once an order is delivered to the U.S. address entered at checkout, Skincare Generics is no longer responsible for the shipment or for any issues that arise afterward, including delays, loss, damage, customs issues, duties, taxes, fees, or forwarding errors. Refunds, replacements, and other remedies under our policies do not apply to issues arising after delivery to the forwarding address.

Here's how to log into your account and edit or manage your subscription (delivery frequency, items, address, etc.):
1) Log into your account
On Desktop (computer)

- Look in the top right for a person/account icon 👤 and click.

- Log in using the email address you used at checkout (plus your password or one-time code, depending on the login prompt).
- Once logged in, go to Account → Manage Subscriptions
On Mobile (phone)

- Tap the menu button (usually the ☰ icon at the top).
- In the menu, tap Account, Log in, or Sign in (or tap the person icon 👤 if you see it).

- Log in using the email address you used at checkout (plus your password or one-time code, depending on the login prompt).
- After logging in, tap Manage Subscriptions.
2) Change your subscription delivery frequency
- In the Manage Subscriptions portal, click/tap the subscription you want to update.
- Look for a section that says "Delivery every...", "Frequency", or "Schedule".
- Tap Edit / Change (sometimes it's a pencil icon ✏️).
- Select the new frequency you want (example: every 30 / 45 / 60 days).
- Tap Save / Confirm.
- Double-check that the updated frequency shows on the subscription details page.
If you don't see the "Frequency / Schedule" option
Sometimes certain settings don't allow self-service frequency changes. If you don't see that option, contact support at skincaregenerics.com/pages/contact and include:
- the email address on your order, and
- the frequency you want (example: every 30 days, every 45 days, etc.)

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return no questions asked return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. Just email Customer Support and we will initiate a return or exchange.
